I came looking for a Lomi Lomi massage and was very pleasantly surprised by the depth of Regina’s work. Her massage is a luxurious, continuous flowing motion using both arms and hands, gently stretching and massaging every muscle from head to foot and bringing the body back into a calm, compliant state.

Regina has an infectious laugh that immediately puts you at ease, and she then brings complete focus, presence and concentration to the session. She connects on a deeply spiritual level, immersing herself fully in the massage and working closely with breath, which is beautifully incorporated into the flowing strokes and particularly effective through the hip stretches.

She takes time to ask what I want to achieve, what my expectations are, and which areas need attention.
