Lomi Lomi Kahuna Massage
Originates in the ancient healing practices of Hawaii. “Ka” means the breath of life or life force and “Huna” means esoteric knowledge. Hawaiian Kahunas are the healers, wisdom keepers, high priests/priestesses, and shamans of their people. Each Kahuna specializes in a unique aspect of healing, from energetic work to naturopathy to shamanism to bodywork, and they work together on cross-functional healing teams.
Kahuna Massage was typically practiced during the rites of passage ceremonies in the royal temples, making it an especially amazing therapy for big life transitions. Kahuna Massage is a holistic bodywork modality that eliminates energetic blockages in the body, mind, and spirit, freeing up life force which is the source of all healing and bliss.
Kahuna Massage uses long, flowing, rhythmic strokes of the forearms to stimulate the energy flow throughout the clients body. Organic coconut oil is used to allow the arms to glide along the skin and activate transformation on a cellular layer. Kahuna clears out the lymphatic system, aids the circulatory and respiratory system, and soothes the nervous system.
Besides relaxation and physical alignment, benefits also include trauma and emotional release, mental clarity, increased vitality, and enhanced feelings of love and joy.

I created Bountiful Hands as a fun colourful healing space for group sessions, families and individuals to restore their energy, reconnect with their bodies, and discover what truly supports their well-being. I work intuitively and cooperatively with each client to find the right approach for them.

What to expect
Day of your treatment
Please take a moment to set a clear intention for your healing and arrive on time for your session. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. I recommend drinking an extra litre of water to support your body in detoxing, and giving yourself time to rest and relax afterwards, to allow for integration and reflection.
I will allow extra time to get to know you, discuss your needs and the focus for your treatment.

My colourful healing space
You’ll find me in a cosy, colourful therapy room nestled in my home in Empire Bay, on the beautiful Central Coast of NSW. The space is lovingly created to help you feel grounded, held, and completely at ease.
As animal lovers, we share our home with two gentle companions – Miaow Miaow the cat and Milo, our sweet little sausage dog – who may occasionally offer their quiet presence during your visit. If you are allergic to pets, please let me know in advance. Alternatively make a booking with me for Monday at Gnostic Healing.
My therapy room is wheelchair accessible.

• You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your session.
• Sessions may be rescheduled twice only.
